After 5 1/2 years, this morning we witnessed the first snowfall we've ever seen in Southern California. It rained throughout the evening and temperatures dipped enough that we actually had snow on the ground (and the roofs, cars, trees, etc.) for about an hour early this morning. We snapped some pictures of the snow on our car outside and Emma's excitement at her first snow-viewing. It was clear she was wishing she could get out there and romp through it... alas, it's all melted now. They say the temperatures could hover around freezing again tonight. Perhaps Emma will make her first snow-angel tomorrow. Pretty crazy considering it was 78 degrees this past Sunday!
