Many of you have been asking about Emma's health as of late so we wanted to provide an update. For those of you who don't know, Emma was diagnosed with Asthma about a month ago. She was given a nebulizer and we were instructed to give her breathing treatments of Albuterol (like an inhaler for a baby) at least once a day. Following our trip to Michigan, Emma developed a case of bronchitis with a touch of pneumonia. After three antibiotics and a couple of restless nights (104 degree temperatures!), she is on the mend. We posted a picture of her having a breathing treatment. She does SO well with these...she typically plays happily while breathing the steam and sometimes enjoys gnawing on the tubing. We are so grateful for the excellent medical care that Emma has received and continue to be blessed beyond measure by her happy disposition. She is an angel!
